general⋆ I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.⋆ You are allowed to post my artwork anywhere, as long as you give proper credit and link back to my page on TOYHOU.SE, or any other platform I use for art.⋆ I require a digital or traditional drawn and colored reference of your character for any commission type. It must have clear colors.⋆ If you need your commission done by a certain date, let me know before hand. I will not be rushed after I’ve accepted your commission.☾
payment⋆ I accept USD as payment.⋆ I will send an invoice via paypal!⋆ I will not start your commission until you have paid. I require payment within 48 hours.⋆ I can cancel a commission at any time, for any reason I see fit. In that case, you will receive a full refund.⋆ If I need to change anything major after the commission is finished due to lack of clarity in the form or on the reference, a maximum of $5 charge will be issued.☾

general rules
⋆ If you would like to have the same design on multiple TOYHOU.SE accounts for personal storage OR for co-owning purposes please make sure that both have me as the designer.⋆ Please refrain from using my designs in any way that could be construed as hateful towards another person or creature.⋆ Regarding co-owning, I have no rules against it. But, I will not moderate, mediate, or settle co-owning disputes. Once a design has left my hands, all disputes are to be handled by the owners and co-owners unless it is an issue regarding breaking of T.o.S or theft.personal rights vs commercial rights
⋆ All adopts which are purchased or traded from me are personal rights only. This means that you may use them for any variant of personal use you so desire: art, writing, stickers for personal use, free comics, art you make of them can be commission examples/advertisement, etc. However, you are not allowed to make a profit using these designs, even if you redesign them yourself.⋆ Commercial rights may be purchased from me at additional cost (usually +250% price, though it may be changed on a case by case basis). These rights would include anything involved in profit, including but not limited to selling stickers featuring the design, comics which are pay to read, or mascots for your brand.closed species adopts
⋆ Due to them being members of a closed species, I do not sell commercial rights to these unless the creator/owner of the closed species allows this. In that case you would have to pay whatever fees they desire for the closed species character to be commercial use AND my personal fee. Otherwise they are for personal use only.⋆ Additionally, it is strongly requested that upon leaving a species you try to re-home (non-custom) adopts within the species instead of voiding them. In some cases, should you not be able to re-home them within the species, I may be willing to exchange them for a custom character with a full reference sheet if you are amenable to it. All else failing, you have purchased the design and may void them if you find yourself too attached and/or the above measures fail.redesign & cs-alts policy
⋆ Redesigning, especially in small ways, to customize and bring yourself closer to a design is highly encouraged. Please keep redesigns recognizable (usually the 50-65% maximum change is a good rule of thumb).⋆ As for Closed Species alts of purchased designs there are only three rules.
1) They cannot be kept/owned separately from the original design and as such may not be sold separately from one another. If you sell the Species Alt the original must be included and vice-versa.
2) The appearance of the closed-species design can change significantly as long as it is still obviously inspired by the original design.
3) Even if you have already purchased commercial rights to the original design, the closed species design is for personal use only unless the steps described in [Closed Species Adopts] with the Species creator/owner have also been completed.resale policy
⋆ You may resell any design for the same amount you bought them for, plus any monetary commissions which you have purchased of them. If you are gifted a design by someone who purchased it via monetary exchange for you, you may resell it at full price at any time.⋆ Regarding designs traded for art/writing/customs, you may resell them for the price of your art at the time once you add at least 1 piece of additional art/writing. All additional personal art/writing may add 50-80% monetary worth for what you price the type of art at the time it is created (redesigns may add 100% of your custom rate). Gift art should never add value to a character. Should you be found to be adding monetary value via gift-art you will be in violation of T.o.S.
